There is no minimum purchase for the enamels for copper, silver or gold. For enamels for glass there is a 2 oz minimum.
PAYMENT METHODS
CHECK: We accept personal or company checks for your purchases. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
BANK CARDS: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. Please include card number & expiration date, signature and name of card holder with your order AS WELL AS the 3 digit number on the back of your VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER card OR the 4 digit number on the front of your AMERICAN EXPRESS card.
NET 30: We have NET 30 accounts available for schools.
DELIVERY
We are not liable to loss or damage to merchandise once it has left our warehouse. Once we ship an item, DHL, or the post office takes over responsibility to deliver your packages to you. Any claim must be filed with them at once. When taking delivery, carefully check the package for any damage. If you are not sure of the condition of the goods, mark "SUSPECTED DAMAGE" on the delivery receipt. Any claim must be filed with the carrier at once. Please contact your local DHL office and request an inspection. Keep the box, packing materials, and merchandise for inspection by the carrier's claim adjuster. Check with your local post office regarding filing a claim.
Adjustments or Returns
All exchanges and returns must be authorized by your sales representative.
Non-Returnable items: Books, Videos/DVD's and Special Order/ NONstock Items.
Unauthorized returns will be subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee. No credit will be issued for non-returnable items.
All authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except for defective items or shipping errors.
For defective merchandise, please include a written description stating the problem. If an item is defective Schlaifer's will return the product to the manufacturer for inspection and verification of defect prior to issuing credit.
If incorrect merchandise has been shipped to you through our error, exchanges will be made without additional shipping charges. Items must be unused, in their original container and accompanied by copies of all pages of the original invoice.
Damaged items

With damage claims the carriers want to see the package, items and the packaging material. This helps them determine if the package damage was the result of their handling or poor packaging. Also call us and let us know, we will do what we can to help from our end.
Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. NO RETURNS AFTER 60 DAYS.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All merchandise remains the property of Schlaifer's Enameling Supplies until fully paid. Prices are subject to change without notice. All technical information is provided by the manufacturer. This information has been compiled to assist our customers with problems concerning compatibility. Schlaifer's Enameling Supplies and other contributors of technical information are not responsible for any damages to persons or property resulting from the use of any or all technical information and/or merchandise provided in this catalog.
RETURNED CHECKS
Checks returned for Non Sufficient Funds will accrue a FINANCE CHARGE of 1.5% per month (after deducting all payments, credits and returns) on the outstanding balance. THIS IS AN ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE OF 18%. Accounts will be placed for collection and collection and/or court cost and/or attorney fees will be added.
All of the above terms are presumed read, understood and agreed to by our customers when we receive your first and subsequent orders.

SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders must be prepaid. Special orders cannot be canceled or returned for credit. Please contact your sales representative for details.
STUDENT GROUP ORDERS
You can save money by placing group orders. When you place your order, first let us know who you are ordering for, then tell us the part number, size and quantity of the item you want. we'll take care of the rest and give you a sheet listing the subtotals for each person you are ordering for.

US Mail Services
Packages are insured for an additional fee. There is no insurance for packages shipped to Mexico. Packages that are insured and lost or damaged by the postal service may take several months to be replaced. Packages to Mexico can not be traced or replaced by the postal service or Schlaifer's Enameling Supplies.
Packages sent by the postal service are sent at your own risk.
